Very pleasant atmosphere in the hotel.

Our only concern was that we were "ignored" at breakfast as there was a group in another room.

The rooms at this budget accommodation were spacious, clean, and had a lovely outlook. Staff members were pleasant and helpful, ensuring a comfortable stay. the on-site restaurant served delicious meals, including an amazing steak dish. The location was convenient, with a short drive to the famous blue lake and beautiful night sky views.

Limited on-site dining options and the breakfast room lacked atmosphere.

I booked a room with a private patio, yet the patio furniture was under the room next doors bathroom, so couuld hear them taking a shit when I was having a smoke :) - I cant help but think that I wasnt given what I booked!!! But hey I enjoyed my stay so what the hell. I can also say that the guy in room 4 needed to have more fibre in his diet, lol.

Spacious and comfortable room. Helpful staff, relocated us closer to family. Piano bar with cozy fireplace. Lovely gardens, especially in Spring or Summer. Quiet location surrounded by fields.

It was far more sophisticated than I imagined and surpassed all expectations in presentation, size and decor.Beautiful designer gardens and great oudoor areas. Excellent restaurant on site in the Barn with friendly staff and great food, reasonably priced and able to buy wine by the glass.Can't think of any negatives.

Great amenities like adjustable blankets and easily-readable shower products. Modern and pleasant decor in refurbished standard rooms. Excellent steak restaurant and delectable breakfast. Beautifully landscaped grounds, perfect for Spring. Will definitely stay again.

The room was lovely, but best was the restaurant dinner and breakfast was good, well paced, plentiful and relaxed.

The open nature of the central courtyard meant a little less privacy.

the barn accommodation in mount gambier never disappoints. this time, their spacious rooms, well-equipped bathroom, and delightful patio outside our door made for an amazing stay. the restaurant served excellent dinner with friendly staff and delicious food. truly one of the best hotels we've been to.

Loved everything about the Barn. Firstly the staff are amazing, the restaurant staff even though extremely busy were very friendly, professional and gave great service. Room was lovely and clean. Breakfast staff were also very friendly and professional.

Great accommodation and breakfast was superb

On arrival I was advice of an upgrade to my room at no cost, I had actually sign acceptance of the upgrade room, but in front of me due to two way conservation with another staff member I was down grade to the room I booked, this was very unprofessional considering I was listening to all parties during the conservation.
